Q: What do I do if I am moving or change my address?
A: If you are moving within 6 to 8 weeks of submitting your prize claim, please enter your NEW address on the submission page. If you have already submitted your claim and find out later that your address will be changing, then send us a Help Request with your new address. Please be sure to include your Repair Order #, VIN and new address (including zip code), as well as the date that the new address takes effect. If you are on the winners list and e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you supplied.
Q: What do I do if I forget my Entry code or lose my mailer with the Entry Code?
A: You can use the “Don’t Have an Entry Code” function found on the welcome page of this website to enter all your personal information and enter into the Nissan Keep Summer Rolling Sweepstakes. You can also send a Help Request through this website. Be sure to include as much information as possible, so that we can locate your Entry Code. We will need your full name, mailing address, VIN and email address in order to look up and send you your Entry Code.
Q. If I can't use this Nissan offer, can I pass it along to someone else?
A: No. This offer is sent to an exclusive list of Nissan owners, and is not transferable to another person; nor is it valid for another person's VIN.
